PintDown is provided exclusively as a free utility for downloading public, personal-use images, videos, and GIFs from Pinterest. You are strictly forbidden from using our platform to download, scrape, or distribute copyrighted materials for commercial purposes without explicit, written authorization from the content creators. Users assume sole responsibility for verifying the copyright status of any media extracted through our downloader.

We respect intellectual property rights. PintDown does not host, index, or store any media — we act merely as an automated URL parsing service. If you are a copyright owner and believe our tools are extracting copyrighted elements from your pins without consent, please contact us at support@pintdown.site to request link blocklists or filter exclusions.

PINTDOWN IS PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS-IS’ AND ‘AS-AVAILABLE’ BASIS. We do not promise uptime, perfect accuracy, or that every pin will always extract. Integrations can break when Pinterest changes its site or CDN.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PintDown and its staff are not liable for damages from using—or being unable to use—the downloader or guides (including direct, indirect, or incidental damages).

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or rewrite these Terms of Service at any time without prior physical notice. We will indicate any updates by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Continued usage of PintDown following amendments signifies your complete acceptance of the updated terms.

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to overload our systems, automate bulk scraping beyond reasonable personal use, or use the platform to violate any applicable law or the rights of third parties. We may restrict access for any activity that threatens the stability or fairness of the service.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PintDown regarding the use of this service. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Any failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

PintDown requires no account and collects no personal data to operate the core downloader. Should optional features be introduced in the future, they will be governed by additional terms communicated at the time of release.
