PintDown is provided exclusively as a free utility for downloading public, personal-use images, videos, and GIFs from Pinterest. Users assume sole responsibility for verifying the copyright status of any media extracted through our downloader.

We respect intellectual property rights. PintDown does not host, index, or store any media — we act merely as an automated URL parsing service. If you are a copyright owner and believe our tools are extracting copyrighted elements from your pins without consent, please contact us at support@pintdown.site to request link blocklists or filter exclusions.

PINTDOWN IS PROVIDED ON AN ‘AS-IS’ AND ‘AS-AVAILABLE’ BASIS. We do not promise uptime, perfect accuracy, or that every pin will always extract. Integrations can break when Pinterest changes its site or CDN.
05. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PintDown and its staff are not liable for damages from using—or being unable to use—the downloader or guides (including direct, indirect, or incidental damages).
06. Terms Amendments

09. Services & Account
PintDown requires no account and collects no personal data to operate the core downloader. Should optional features be introduced in the future, they will be governed by additional terms communicated at the time of release.
